Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Agency administrators may create and manage users within their own agency. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access another agency’s or client’s data, interfere with normal operation, or use the service to violate any law or third-party rights, including the platform policies of connected providers such as Meta and Google.

When you connect a Meta or Google account, you authorize On The Go to access the assets you select on your behalf, subject to those providers’ terms. You may disconnect at any time from the brand’s Connections tab, which deletes the stored tokens for that connection.

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
