Terms of Service

On The Go is a subscription platform for agencies: one login covering content production and approval, client portals, reporting, reputation management, performance dashboards and team operations. We provide it on an ongoing basis and may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Agency administrators may create, modify and remove users within their own agency, and are responsible for the access they grant. You must give accurate account information and keep it current.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access another agency’s or another client’s data, or probe, scan or test the security of the platform;
• interfere with normal operation of the service, or place an automated load on it beyond ordinary use;
• use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, or to send unsolicited bulk messages;
• use the service in breach of the platform policies of any connected provider, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect and to publish the content you publish. When you link a Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account or Google property, you confirm that you own it or are authorised by its owner to manage it through On The Go, and that you have your client’s permission where the asset belongs to a client.

Connecting an account authorises us to access the assets you select on your behalf, for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy and subject to the connected provider’s own terms. You may disconnect at any time from Settings › Connections, which deletes the tokens we hold for that connection.

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the platform. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit it in order to provide the service to you, and nothing more. You are responsible for the legality of that content and for holding the rights to any media you upload or publish through us.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the agreed period. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable for a period already begun. We will give reasonable notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, or where a connected provider’s own service is unavailable. The service is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; see our Data Deletion page for how to have your data erased. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or for which fees are unpaid, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so. On termination your right to use the service ends, and we delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
