Data Deletion
Last updated July 5, 2026
You are in control of the data On The Go holds on your behalf. This page explains how to remove connected social accounts and how to request full deletion of your account and its data.
Disconnect a social account
To remove a connected Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google (Search Console and Analytics) account, open the relevant brand in the studio, go to the Connections tab, and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the encrypted access and refresh tokens we stored for that connection, along with the synced list of that account’s assets.
Connections are managed at the agency level. If you are a client, ask your agency to disconnect an account on your behalf.
Request full deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@onthego.agency from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which agency, brand or user the request covers.
On receiving a verified request, we delete the associated users, brand content, reports, meeting notes, campaigns, connections and any stored tokens. We confirm by email once deletion is complete, typically within 30 days.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes account records, brand and portal data, and all stored connected-account tokens. Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they age out on our normal backup rotation, after which they are permanently gone.
